How it works
A documented process, from intake to your door
Every order follows the same steps, and every step is logged with a date, a responsible person and evidence. You can follow along in real time.
-
1
Received
You submit the request form with the document details and any files you have. You get a reference number and a private tracking link immediately.
-
2
In review
Our operations team and licensed partner attorney check feasibility, the destination country's requirements (apostille vs. legalization, issue-date limits) and what else we need from you.
-
3
Quote sent
You receive a binding fixed price and an estimated timeline. Nothing is filed until you approve it.
-
4
Obtaining record
We request the newly certified record online (gob.mx), at the Registro Civil, or receive the original from you.
-
5
Apostille
We file the apostille at the Secretaría General de Gobierno de Jalisco, at SEGOB, or online for electronic apostilles.
-
6
Translation
An authorized perito traductor translates the apostilled document and signs the translation.
-
7
Quality check
A quality checklist before delivery: names and dates match, apostille is valid, translation is complete.
-
8
Delivered
You receive scans first, then the originals by tracked international courier. Finally we close the order and issue your invoice.
How we protect your documents
Files are encrypted at rest and accessible only to the GSXN team, our legal partner and the assigned supplier. Documents are deleted after a defined retention period, and every access is recorded in an audit log.
