Why GSXN

A reliable back office in Mexico, in English.

Local gestorías are fast but hard to reach from abroad. Online brokers rarely set foot in the office. We combine both: on-the-ground filing in Guadalajara with the communication and accountability a US firm expects.

How we work with firms
  • Licensed legal review

Every order is checked by our partner attorney in Jalisco before we file anything.

  • Written SLAs

Fixed timelines with built-in buffers — and proactive updates when an office changes its rules.

  • Online tracking

A status page per order, with the history of each step and the courier tracking number.

  • Invoicing for firms

Monthly invoicing and volume pricing for repeat B2B clients.

Frequently asked questions

Can a Mexican consulate apostille my document?

No. Mexican consulates abroad cannot issue apostilles. State documents (birth, marriage and death records, state diplomas) must be apostilled by the issuing state's government — for Jalisco, the Secretaría General de Gobierno in Guadalajara. Federal documents are apostilled by SEGOB.

How recent does the record need to be?

Many destination authorities require a certified copy issued within the last 3–6 months. We request a newly issued copy by default so the apostille is attached to a current document.

Will USCIS accept your translations?

For US filings we provide a complete English translation with the translator's certification of competence and accuracy. For Mexican authorities we use a court-authorized perito traductor. Tell us where the document will be used and we will match the format.

Do you give immigration advice?

No. GSXN is not a law firm and does not advise on immigration matters. We work alongside your attorney: they decide what is needed, we obtain and prepare it.

How do I pay?

During our launch phase we confirm a fixed price by email first, then send payment instructions. Firms with repeat orders can be invoiced monthly.

Need a Mexican document handled this week?

Send us the details. A real person reviews every request and replies with a fixed price and timeline.
