Terms of service

1. Who we are

GSXN ("we") provides document management services (gestoría) from Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico: obtaining public documents, coordinating apostilles and legalizations, coordinating sworn translations performed by authorized translators, and delivering the results.

2. What we do not do

GSXN is not a law firm and does not provide US immigration advice or legal advice of any jurisdiction. Mexican legal advice, when offered, is provided exclusively by our licensed partner attorney under a separate engagement.

Translations are signed by independent, authorized peritos traductores; GSXN does not certify translations itself.

3. Quotes and payment

Prices are confirmed per order in a written quote. Work begins only after you approve the quote. Government fees are passed through at cost and may change if an authority changes its fees.

4. Timelines

Timelines are good-faith estimates based on our experience with each authority. Government offices may delay, reject or change requirements; we will inform you promptly and propose alternatives.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to request the documents, including any required written authorization (carta poder) from the document holder.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the GSXN service fee paid for that order, excluding government fees and third-party costs, except where the law provides otherwise.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
