Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GSXN, including gsxn.com and related account, marketplace, administrative, and support features. By visiting the site, creating an account, signing in with email or Google, browsing providers, submitting service requests, providing quotes, managing work orders, approving completion, or otherwise using GSXN, you agree to these terms.
Platform role
GSXN provides software, workflow, marketplace, and operational tools for commercial service coordination. GSXN is not a party to every service agreement between businesses and providers unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Businesses and providers are responsible for the information they submit, the commitments they make, the pricing and scope they accept, and the work they perform, approve, or reject through the platform.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, Google sign-in access, temporary passwords, and any activity under your account. If an administrator creates an account or requires a password reset, you must complete the reset process before continuing to protected areas. GSXN may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that violate these terms or create operational, security, fraud, compliance, or legal risk.
User roles
GSXN may support business, provider, administrator, moderator, and support roles. Access to features may vary by role. You may only use role-restricted features if you are authorized to act in that capacity for the applicable business, provider, or GSXN operating function.
Requests, quotes, and work orders
Businesses are responsible for describing service needs, locations, access requirements, desired timing, approval authority, and budget expectations. Providers are responsible for reviewing scope, pricing accurately, identifying exclusions, maintaining appropriate qualifications, and performing accepted work according to agreed requirements. Accepted quotes may become work orders with milestones, notes, status changes, photos, completion records, and business signoff.
Approvals, records, and support workflows
Actions taken in GSXN, including quote acceptance, work order milestones, completion requests, approvals, status changes, support notes, and escalations, may be recorded as operational history. You are responsible for reviewing information before submitting or approving it. GSXN may use administrative and support workflows to help investigate issues, manage account status, or support service continuity.
Payments, taxes, and disputes
Any prices, fees, deposits, payment timing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, cancellation terms, or dispute processes shown in the platform or agreed between parties apply to the applicable transaction. Each party remains responsible for its own tax, licensing, insurance, employment, safety, permitting, and compliance obligations. GSXN may provide tools to document or support disputes, but does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse GSXN, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, scrape unauthorized data, impersonate others, bypass role restrictions, upload harmful content, violate law, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform to harm another user, customer, provider, business, GSXN, or third party.
Third-party services
GSXN may integrate with third-party services, including Google sign-in, hosting providers, communications tools, analytics services, payment services, and security providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Privacy
GSXN’s collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that GSXN may process information as described there.
Changes to the platform or terms
GSXN may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GSXN after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and limitations
GSXN is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSXN disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. GSXN does not guarantee provider availability, quote accuracy, service quality, uninterrupted access, or that every issue will be resolved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSXN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from platform use.
